    The Committee on Industry and Labor moves to amend the bill:

    On Page 2, Section 2, Line 4, at the beginning of subsection(a) by striking out the words “The commission” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The Commissioner of Labor”;

    On Page 2, Section 2, Line 16, following the word “workers” and inserting the words “living in residences owned and operated by the oil and gas drilling operation”;

    On Page 2, Section 2, following line 22, by inserting the following :

    “(c) The Commissioner of Labor shall propose additional rules for legislative approval pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code as necessary to enforce this article.”; and    On Page 4, Section 4, Line 1, following the words “relation with” by striking out the words “the same type of workers” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “workers who meet requirements set out in subsection (a) of this section”;

    On Page 5, Section 5, Line 2, following the words “format on” by striking out the words “the commission’s” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the Division of Labor’s.”
